IN THE MATTER OF DETROIT AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ET AL. Docket 9189. Interlocutory Order, April 8, 1988 ORDER Counsel for General Motors respondents, having informed the Commission of the death of respondent William M. Packer, Jr., moved for dismissal of the complaint against Mr. Packer. Complaint counsel had no objection to the motion. Therefore, It is ordered, That the complaint against Mr. Packer be, and it hereby is, dismissed.

Commissioner Bailey not participating. Complaint 110 F.T.C.
